Do the Opera® profiling beds come with a mattress?
All our mattresses are sold separately due to each person having different pressure care needs and preferred firmness.
What happens to my profiling bed in a power cut?
In the event of a power cut, the Opera® profiling beds have a 29v battery back-up which has enough power to get the bed back into a flat position.
Can you have a handle or loop at the side of the bed to help get in and out?
If a handle or loop is needed at the side of the bed to assist with getting in and out then we can supply the bed with a grab rail which can fit on either side of the bed in the desired position.
What happens if my profiling bed stops working?
In the event of your electric bed breaking down, call 0333 222 8584 and speak with our in-house product support team who will go through the issue with you and try to troubleshoot over the phone. If the issue requires an engineer visit then this can be arranged within 24-48 hours.
Do you have any servicing plans available?
The Opera® beds are covered by a 3 Year warranty. If you would like to have your bed serviced on an annual basis then we can arrange for an engineer to come out and service your bed. For more information please call 0333 222 8584.
Does this bed come with side rails?
The Opera Solo Comfort Profiling Bed does not have side rails as the footboard is not high enough to accommodate the rails.
Is this bed available in a double width?
The Opera Solo Comfort Profiling is not available in a double width. The reason for this is if the user requires on bed nursing by carers outside of the bed, this width would put a strain on the carers backs having to reach over.
Are the fabrics fluid resistant or waterproof?
The fabrics used are a high-quality wool which means they are not fluid resistant or waterproof. If this is something which you are requiring, then our range of faux leathers are a fully waterproof and are a wipe clean surface.

Your bed will be delivered and installed in your desired room within 2-5 working days of purchasing. You will receive a delivery date upon ordering and will also receive a call 1 hour before delivery from the installation crew. £145.00 with VAT Relief
