'Peace of mind' 14 day Returns Policy

We offer all customers a grace period on our products through a hassle-free 14 day returns period that ensures complete peace of mind.

If you have purchased a product and wish to return it, please contact a member of our Customer Care team within 14 days of the invoice date and your goods will be refunded. You are eligible for a full refund of the goods but will be subject to a collection fee based on the size and nature of the product (more information below). Please note that carriage and installation costs are not refundable. 

Please return the item(s) in the same condition as received and, where possible, in the original packaging. Once the items have been returned they will be inspected by our in-house maintenance and product support team. If there are any damages you will incur a partial or the full cost of the product depending on the severity.

Goods that are unused and still in their original packaging can be returned after 14 days however you may be subject to a restocking charge of 20% of the sale value of the goods as well as a collection charge.

Beds

Profiling and adjustable beds

Profiling beds and adjustable beds can be returned through our 14 day Returns Policy. To receive a full refund, your bed must be returned undamaged and in a new condition. If your bed has been installed, you will be liable to a £150 de-installation and collection charge.

Custom upholstery beds

Adjustable beds that have been upholstered in a custom fabric or your own supplied material cannot be returned.

Mattresses

Due to infection control reasons we are unable to accept returns of Mattresses, Cushions and other pressure care products if they have been used. Mattresses which are unused and still in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days and are eligible for a full refund or exchange. Please note there is a £14.95 collection fee.

Chairs

Riser recliner chairs can be returned within a 14 day period. Please take special care when trying fabric upholstered chairs as damage could mean you incur the full cost of the chair. If you do wish to return a chair you've purchased there will be a £150 collection and handling fee. Our engineers will perform an inspection at your property before collection and package the chair ready for transit to prevent damage.

Custom upholstery chairs

Riser recliner chairs that have been upholstered in a custom fabric or your own supplied material cannot be returned.
