The award-winning home provides personal care and support and sets out to ensure all residents can live life to the fullest.
The home has dedicated teams that provide specialist dementia care to residents and regularly keep in contact with family members. The care team at Brentwood all receive dementia training and use a blended approach to ensure activities and facilities are suitable for residents with dementia. From lifestyle and engagement to diet and nutrition, the team does a fantastic job in delivering personalised care and have a wealth of activities on offer. These include a gardening club, a gentleman’s club, and a beauty salon.
Innovative technology gives residents a unique experience to enjoy, the home’s very own Interactive magic Tovertafel – a purposeful play device that creates an inclusive world for people with cognitive challenges through games and memorable moments.
Inside the home is a cosy and warm atmosphere with charming furnishings and relaxing settings. Sticking to the home’s interior, our Signature Low Footboard is the perfect accompaniment for the bedrooms and caters to different care needs. The warming Oak wooden finish complements the existing furniture, whilst the low footboard design allows residents to enjoy an unrestricted view. Alongside the beds, the team selected our Serene Pressure Care Mattress which provides residents with a soft lying surface that delivers pressure relief.
