About the Signature Profiling Bed
Elegantly styled and functional, The Signature is ideal for comfort and support at home. The Signature is pleasantly designed to look unobtrusive and homely. The fully-wooden surround can be specified in either an Oak or Walnut finish. The Signature makes it easier to get on and off the bed by having an extensive height range. The whole bed raises up to your preferred height and lowers close to ground level. The Signature has a profiling mattress platform so users can find their perfect position from the elevating back and leg rest.

Yes, the Opera® Signature Profiling Bed comes with full-length wooden side rails either side of the bed.
In the event of a power cut, the Opera® profiling beds have a 29v battery back-up which has enough power to get the bed back into a flat position.
If a handle or loop is needed at the side of the bed to assist with getting in and out then we can supply the bed with a grab rail which can fit on either side of the bed in the desired position.
The wooden side rails can only be operated by somebody outside of the bed, they can either be left in the drop down position to the side of the bed or in the raised position to prevent someone from falling out of bed.
In the event of your electric bed breaking down, call 0333 222 8584 and speak with our in-house product support team who will go through the issue with you and try to troubleshoot over the phone. If the issue requires an engineer visit then this can be arranged within 24-48 hours.
All our profiling and adjustable beds are covered by a 3-year warranty which includes 3 years parts and 1-year labour cover. We offer two upgrade plans (read more) if you would like to buy additional cover for your Opera bed.
The Opera® Signature Profiling Bed is available with or without side rails. As the bed lowers to a low height, some users do not require the side rails. When not in use, the side rails drop down out of the way and act as a wooden side to the bed.
The Opera® Signature Profiling is not available in a double width. The reason for this is if the user requires on bed nursing by carers outside of the bed, this width would put a strain on the carers backs having to reach over.
